Return Policy

30-DAY RISK-FREE TRIAL; MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

All CPAP “Cleaning Machines” sold by CleanCpap.net carry a 30-day Risk-Free Trial.  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact CleanCpap.net within 30 days of the date of purchase to obtain a return authorization (RMA) number and pre-paid shipping label.  Return product must be in original condition with all packaging and contents present.  Any damage or missing items will result in a 20% restocking fee.

All other items offered by CleanCpap.net can be returned within 30 days of the original ship date if the item is unopened and is in new condition.  A 5% return processing fee will be subtracted from the original cost and a credit for the difference will be issued.  Free shipping return is only offered on “Cleaning Machines”.

IMPORTANT:  Refunds will only be made once we have received and inspected the product(s).  If you have any questions, please call us at (770) 282-2258 or email us at returns@cleancpap.net.


Warranty

In the event you experience a malfunction of your equipment, please email us at cleancpap@cleancpap.net the serial number and order number to determine if your device is still under the manufacturer’s warranty.  It is the sole decision of the manufacturer regarding warranty issues.  CleanCpap.net will deal with the manufacturer on your behalf to have the item fixed or replaced with the exact of like item under the warranty policy.
